焦虑、淡漠以植物神经功能紊乱收入院，查体无任何体征，行颅脑MRI意外发现颅内多发病灶，首先考虑MS（当时自己颇感侥幸），开始我们的老教授让查囊虫抗体以除外脑
囊虫病。激素和丙球治疗后病人好转出院，后又有反复，来门诊就诊！现将其MRI奉上
