山东医大基础医学院学报000210摘要目的:探讨抽吸玻璃体积液联合前房注气术治疗
恶性青光眼的疗效。方法:采用经睫状体扁平部抽吸玻璃体积液联合前房注气术治疗7例、13眼恶性青光眼。结果:术后11眼眼压得到有效控制,前房恢复正常深度。随访3～16个月,视力>0.3,前房及眼压均正常。结论:此种术式是治疗恶性青光眼的有效方法。

AbstractObjective:Toevaluatetheeffectofaspirationofthevitreousfluidandinjectionoftheairintotheanteriorchamberinthetreatmentofmalignantglaucoma.Method:Sevenpatients（13eyes）withmalignantglaucomaweretreatedbyaspiratingvitreoushomorfromthevitreouscavityandinjectingairintotheanteriorchamber.Result:Postoperatively,theintraocularpressuresof11eyeswerecontrolledandthechamberdeptheswererecovered.Followedupfrom3to16months,thevisualacuitywasbetterthan0.3,theanteriorchamberandtheintraocularpressurewerenormal.Conclusion:Thismethodiseffectiveintreatingmalignantglaucoma.......
