睾丸扭转的外科治疗及误诊分析―中国实用医药―文章摘要―龙源期刊网

　　【摘要】目的提高睾丸扭转的诊断和治疗水平。方法回顾性分析56例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料，52例手术探查,行睾丸切除或睾丸复位固定，健侧睾丸固定。4例未手术。结果22例患者经b超及cdfi确诊为睾丸扭转，34例误诊。20例患侧睾丸切除。32例睾丸保留，其中8例萎缩。结论对于青少年患者阴囊急症，首诊医生应高度警惕睾丸扭转，可疑时立即行b超及cdfi检查，避免延误诊治。及时手术探查是提高睾丸成活率的关健。
