【摘要】目的矫正大学生恋爱的
急性应激反应表现出来的情绪失控、哭喊、寻死等症状。方法采用心理认知疗法对某高职大一女生n进行干预。结果急性应激反应是对刺激评价源认知不足,从而导致不良的情绪反应。结论有效的行为刺激评价源认知治疗应激反应,调节个人的社会行为和心理活动,使情绪反应恢复正常。
