【摘要】目的：观察中西医结合方法治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎复发型病人的临床疗效。方法：将58例慢性溃疡性结肠炎病人分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组32例给予中西医结合治疗；对照组26例单纯给予西药治疗。观察两组临床疗效。结果：两组临床疗效的总有效率分别为90.6%和69.2%，统计学上有显著性差异。结论：规范的西医治疗配合中医药辨证用药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎复发型病人其临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗组。

〔Abstract〕ObjectiveToexploreclinicalefficacyofintergratedtraditionalandwesternmedicineintreatmentofchroniculcerativecolitisofchronicrelapsetypeofpathogenicmode.Methods58caseswithulcerativecolitiswereselectedanddividedintotwogroups（thetreatedgroupandthecontrolgroup）.32casesoftreatedgroupweretreatedwithintergratedtraditionalandwesternmedicine;26casesofthecontrolgroupweretreatedwithwesternmedicine.Thecurativeeffectswereobserved.ResultsThetotaltherapeuticeffectiverateintwogroupswere90.6percentsand69.2percentsrespectively.Thetreatedgroupwassignificantlyimprovedcomparedwiththecontrolgroup（P<0.05）.ConclusionIntergratedtraditionalandwesternmedicinecansignificantlyenhancethetherapeuticeffectontreatmentofchroniculcerativecolitisofchronicrelapsetypeofpathogeni
