应用羊膜经鼻内镜治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床研究

[摘要]

【摘要】寻找安全、简单、高效的治疗慢性泪囊炎的新方法方法采用经鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术，治疗慢性泪囊炎43例50眼。所有患者被随机分两组，组应用羊膜，另一组未用羊膜。结果术后随访3月～2年，获得随访42例49眼；术中应用羊膜治疗慢性泪囊炎26例32眼，治愈率100%；术中未应用羊膜者17例18眼，治愈率89%。结论经鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎是理想方式，术中应用羊膜可提高治愈率，值得临床推广。

鼻、眼由于其解剖的相关性，在外伤、炎症、肿瘤等疾病的发生、发展和转归方面，紧密联系，形成了一门新型的边缘学科：鼻眼相关外科学［1］。在系统掌握鼻眼相关手术解剖的基础上，利用内镜探索经鼻进路完成鼻眼区域的部分手术［2，3］，使得一些眼科手术向微创、简单、并发症少且外型美观的方向发展。笔者从2003年起，开展了经鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊造口术治疗慢性泪囊炎，并不断改进以往术式，充分利用羊膜的特点，术中加以辅助治疗，旨在通过一简单、安全的手术方式治疗慢性泪囊炎。现将资料报告如下。
