中国超声医学杂志991006摘要目的：评价超声对三房心的诊断价值。方法：应用彩色多普勒超声心动图（CDE），检查了8例经手术证实的三房心患者。结果：左型三房心7例，右型三房心1例。无肺静脉异位连接6例，肺静脉血均引流入副房，其中1例合并有
室间隔缺损及卵圆孔未闭，3例合并有
房间隔缺损。有部分型肺静脉异位连接2例。副房与左房相通3例，狭窄孔径0.3～0.8cm。右型三房心副房与右房相通。结论：超声对本病有特异性诊断价值，诊断关键是二维超声显示心房内异常隔膜，彩色多普勒超声显示心房水平有分流或副房与真房间有射流。
