[摘要]目的：总结
肾结核声像图特征，探讨超声对肾结核的诊断价值。方法：回顾分析有完整资料的116例肾结核患者的声像图特征。结果：超声诊断肾结核的符合率为89.6%（106/116）。超声示：肾髓质处不规则无回声，壁厚呈虫蚀样改变；肾盂肾盏扩张，壁增厚，内透声性差；肾显著增大，内见云雾状大片点状回声；肾缩小，表面隆突不平的强回声。结论：各种不同病理类型的肾结核具有其不同的声像图特点，可根据其不同的改变对肾结核作出明确的诊断。
