【摘要】 目的研究p53在星形细胞瘤发生、增殖过程中的作用及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法（sp法）检测62例资料完整的星形细胞瘤及10例正常脑组织的p53表达，分析p53蛋白在星形细胞瘤及正常脑组织中的表达情况。结果正常脑组织中未见p53蛋白阳性表达，62例星形细胞瘤中共有26例肿瘤p53蛋白表达呈阳性，二者差异有显著性（χ2=4.872，p＜0.05），其中在级星形细胞瘤中阳性率为8.33%（1/12），级星形细胞瘤中阳性率为21.05%（4/19），级间变性星形细胞瘤中阳性率为60%（9/15），级胶质母细胞瘤中阳性率为75%（12/16）。结论星形细胞瘤中p53蛋白的表达与肿瘤的级别相关，分化程度越低，p53蛋白阳性表达率越高，检测p53有助于临床判断预后。
